If you are entities which within the meaning of the Waste Management Act are manufacturers or importers of packed production to be put on the Bulgarian market, we will receive from us useful and necessary information about your obligations under the said Act and the Regulation on packaging and packaging waste. By providing you with information we try to facilitate your work with us as regards such obligations.
You will be able to download all forms that have to be submitted as a monthly or annual statement about the quantities of packed production put on the market, the use whereof leads to mass distribution of waste, from our site.
You can also obtain forms for your annual statements of the quantities of packaging put/imported on the market, as well as a form for intracompany specification.
